DAVIDSON, N.C. – The project developer – Blue Heel Development – proposes to develop the 19.8 ± acre site to accommodate 40 townhomes and a single-family house primarily along Summers Walk Blvd., located at 16008 Davidson-Concord Road. This development will provide the community and surrounding areas with improved vehicular and pedestrian connections between adjacent properties. The development will also provide public open space including a pocket park, walking trails, and a connection to the multi-use path segment along Davidson-Concord Road.

The project team for the proposed Summers Walk Ph. 6 Master Plan will host a public input session on March 14, 2019 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Summers Walk Clubhouse (17240 Summers Walk Blvd, Davidson). The purpose of the meeting is to review the master plan and solicit feedback. An overview presentation by the project team will occur at 5:15 p.m. and 6:15 p.m., with time allotted for questions and viewing the plans in an open house format after each event.
