Citizens Invited to Learn about Proposed Hotel:
Friday, August 4

Citizens are invited to learn more about a hotel being proposed on Davidson Commons East Lots 4A&B at 131 Davidson Gateway Drive on Friday, August 4:

•    Site Walk: Project Manager Trey Akers will lead a site walk at 131 Davidson Gateway Drive at 9:00 a.m. to discuss the developer’s proposed plans and hear public comment. All citizens are invited to attend. Please meet in the parking lot.

•   “Lunch & Learn” Presentation: Project Manager Trey Akers will host a “Lunch & Learn” from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. in the Davidson Town Hall board room. He will give a presentation at noon which will be followed by a public discussion and comment period. Light refreshments will be served. If you are unable to attend, the session will be recorded and the video will be posted online at www.townofdavidson.org/DavidsonCommonsEastHotel

“The developer hosted a public input session in October 2016, and their plans have evolved based on citizen feedback since then, so we plan to update citizens on the project and receive feedback so we can share it with the Davidson Board of Commissioners,” said Planning Director Jason Burdette.
