Sell and Develop Town-Owned Beaty Street Property
Thursday, May 17 at 6:30 p.m. at Congregation House

Citizens are invited to attend a roundtable discussion to provide input on the proposed sale and development of 19 acres of town-owned property on Beaty Street at the Davidson College Presbyterian Church’s Congregation House (218 Concord Road) on Thursday, May 17 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

After a brief welcome and introduction, attendees will move around to tables on the following topics to interact with staff and share their thoughts on specifics of the proposed plan:

  • Public park space;
  • Residential development (including affordable housing);
