WestBranch Development Public Input Session:
Monday, February 15, 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Citizens are invited to a public input session on the proposed WestBranch development led by applicant Lennar Carolinas, LLC. This property is located at 19925 Davidson-Concord Road and would feature 306 housing units with 96 acres (56.5%) of open space. There is a commercial component at the intersection of Davidson-Concord Road and Robert Walker Drive which is proposed as a later phase of development.

The public input session will be held on Monday, February 15 between 4:00 and 7:00 p.m. in the Davidson Town Hall board room. It will be an open house format with no formal presentation. The WestBranch developers and members of the Davidson Planning Department will be present to discuss the proposed development and answer any questions. All citizens are invited to review the plans and provide comment.
