Public Input Session: East Rocky River Master Plan
Wednesday, May 5, 2021, 5:00-6:30 P.M.
Virtual Meeting via Zoom
The Town of Davidson invites residents to participate in a public input session pertaining to the East Rocky River Master Plan on Wednesday, May 5 at 5:00 p.m. Andrew Wilfong – the project developer – proposes to develop the five and half-acre site to accommodate the construction of six (6) single-family detached homes located along East Rocky River Road, immediately adjacent to the Summit River Run project. The proposed development will fill in an existing, occupied residential lot that comprises a single residence. The proposed plan includes a new street connecting to Summit River Road as well as a number of interconnected public open spaces, publicly-accessible trails, preserved trees, and greenway improvements to the existing East Rocky River Road.
The project team will host a public input session event on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. via Zoom. Check the project website for meeting details, including how to register for the meeting: (http://www.townofdavidson.org/rockyrivermasterplan). The project team will deliver an overview presentation at 5:05 p.m. and 5:45 p.m., with time allotted for questions following each presentation; staff will be present to answer questions and facilitate the meeting.
Additional information about the application is available on the Town of Davidson’s Planning Department website at the aforementioned web address.
