Project Status

An application for a conditional planning area map amendment was submitted on 10/1/19. A virtual public hearing on the proposal was held during the August 25, 2020 Board of Commissioner regular meeting. The Lake Forest Church Conditional Planning Area was approved by the Board of Commissioners at their September 22, 2020 meeting. Town staff will work with the applicant to finalize their master plan schematic design.
