The Construction Drawings for Phase 2 of Davidson Wood were approved by the Town and Mecklenburg County in 2017, but have expired. The developer will need to re-submit Construction Drawings for approval before the project can begin. The development will initially connect through Bailey Springs, until the bridge to the first phase of Davidson Wood is completed.
