DAVIDSON, N.C. – Hopper Communities, LLC proposes a master plan amendment for a 4.8± acre site located at the corner of Beaty and Armour Streets in Davidson, NC. The proposal includes 56 townhomes, two quadplex buildings, a commercial building (20,000± square feet), and public park space. This Master Plan Amendment proposes a reduction in the approved residential unit count from 108 to 64 units, and commercial square footage from 38,000± square feet to 20,000± square feet for this portion of the Davidson Bay development.
We’d like to hear your feedback on the plans. You are invited to attend a public input session on Monday, August 12, 2019 from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. at Davidson Town Hall, 216 South Main Street, Davidson, North Carolina 28036. The same presentation will be delivered at 5:15 pm and 6:15 pm, followed by audience questions and then an open house each time. The purpose of the meeting is to review the master plan amendment and solicit feedback.
