Public Input Session: Potts Street Residential
Thursday, May 2, 2019 5:00-7:00 P.M.

DAVIDSON, N.C. – Crescent Acquisitions, LLC proposes to develop a 15.441± acre site(s) located on Potts Street and Catawba Avenue in Davidson, North Carolina, to accommodate the construction of 250 multi-family residences. This development will provide the community and surrounding areas with vehicular and pedestrian connections to adjacent properties and land uses to the north and south of the site. The development will also provide public open space including a neighborhood park, dog park, and a multi-use path.
 
We’d like to hear your feedback on the Master Plan. You are invited to attend a public input session on Thursday, May 2, 2019 from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. at Davidson Town Hall, 216 South Main Street, Davidson, North Carolina 28036. The same presentation will be delivered at 5:15 pm and 6:15 pm, followed by audience questions and then an open house each time. The purpose of the meeting is to review the Master Plan and solicit feedback.  Additional information about the application is available on the Town of Davidson’s Planning Department website at:
