The Cornelius PARC and Davidson Parks and Recreation Department are entering their 22nd year of league play and are expecting more than 800 children to take part this season. 

You may register online 24/7 or in person at Cornelius Town Hall or Davidson Parks & Recreation Department office, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 

Lose Healthy Weight and Keep It Off

Lose Weight by Creating Simple & Sustainable Healthy Habits - This class will help you kick-start your weight loss goals and help you feel your best no matter how busy you are or how many times you failed in the past. You will learn, the 7 critical strategies that are the KEY to finally achieving your health and fitness goals... (Don't worry, they're not anything complicated or time consuming. The instructor will show you how to easily implement these simple strategies for a healthier, happier you in no time!)
You will also learn how to easily incorporate simple habits and food choices that will help you live a healthier lifestyle without adding more time-consuming tasks or unnecessary stress to your life. Most importantly, it will be fun as you come together with other like-minded people looking for the same goals Presented by Sandra Campillo, Certified Holistic Nutrition and Natural Health Practitioner.

PJs and Paintbrushes

Parents, could you use a night out? Then make plans to drop off your young artist, dressed in their cozy pajamas, for an evening of painting fun. While you are off enjoying a quiet dinner, your student will be set up with everything needed to create a festive fall-themed project landscape. With lots of acrylic paints, paintbrushes, canvas, art smocks, and easels, participants will walk away with a whimsical masterpiece. Grades 1-5.

Family Scarecrow-Making Event

Bring your family for this scarecrow-making event and create a life-sized scarecrow to display for the remainder of the fall. Some materials are provided, but families are encouraged to bring clothing or accessories to help with their creation. One scarecrow per family.
