Cooking for Life: Summer Salads and Sides - July 26
This class will focus on great light meals for small or large gatherings. We will poach eggs, make Panko Goat Cheese Balls (gluten free too), blanch asparagus for an Asian inspired salad, and more.
Our meals are always designed for good digestion and are gluten-free, unless otherwise noted. These recipes are easy, nourishing, yet impressive and tasty. Classes are hands-on.
