The Town of Davidson Mayor and Board of Commissioners will meet on Tuesday, July 14 in the Davidson Town Hall board room at 4:00 p.m. for a pre-meeting and at 6:00 p.m. for their regularly scheduled meeting. The agendas follow:

        (c)    Conditional Rezoning: Proposal for rezoning of parcels comprising the Narrow Passage development project, a proposal to construct approximately 39 detached dwelling units (including four affordable housing units) on 59.29 acres. Please note that there will be public hearings related to a change in the payment in lieu for the affordable housing program, minor changes to the floodplain overlay district, and a conditional rezoning for the proposed Narrow Passage development.  Citizens are encouraged to attend and speak.
