Guided Meditation

Do you find meditation intimidating? Unachievable? Mysterious? Jean is known for her ability to lift beginners up, support them, and give them the confidence and tools they need to become life long practitioners of meditation. Meditation has a calming effect on the nervous system that helps us relax, breathe better, and makes it easier to shift out of "stress mode" to the natural state of rest and healing. This calming effect positively impacts every system and function of the body, respiratory, circulatory, immune, including mental and emotional states. This is just the beginning of the benefits. It’s so much easier to meditate with a group; easier to get into it, easier to stay focused and relaxed, and the effects last longer. Learn what to do about a busy mind, then you can meditate anytime, anywhere. Scientific evidence shows that meditation is extremely beneficial — come experience it for yourself!

Date:         August 21 - September 25
