Learning the Art of Meditation
Did you know that meditation is a skill, much like learning to parallel park or ride a bicycle? In these classes, baby step by baby step we take you to achieving the Art of Meditation. In class one, we introduce you to a simple technique, to begin to go home and practice creating a new habit. In the second class, we introduce you to some tools and working with them helps you to further your inner growth; in class three, we spend some quality time in Golden Silence and strengthen your focus. Ages 18 and older.
