MI-Connection Board of Directors Met June 28
On Wednesday, June 28, the MI-Connection Board of Directors met at Davidson Town Hall to re-appoint board members Larson Jaenicke and Brett Ellis and appoint new board member Bob Guth; elect officers for FY 2018; assign board members to committees; approve minutes from the April 28, 2017 meeting; and approve the final recast of the FY 2017 budget.
The MI-Connection Board of Directors requested that David Auger continue in his CEO role for the foreseeable future, to which he agreed. Auger had been scheduled to retire June 30.
The MI-Connection Board of Directors will meet again on August 24, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in the Davidson Town Hall board room.
