Earth Day Fair

Earth Day Fair - April 23

The Town of Davidson and Green Davidson will hold an Earth Day Fair at the Davidson Farmer's Market behind Summit Coffee and adjacent to Davidson Town Hall. Earth Day is celebrated annually around the world on April 22. Visitors can check out the new Davidson Parks & Recreation Electric, Light, Fun (ELF) bike (help us name it!), earn a Farmer's Market buck by biking or walking to the Market Challenge, learn about composting, recycling, solar power and supporting area wildlife, and visit with local author Tia Capers of "Nadia's Green Day Festival." Children can enjoy an Earth Day Scavenger Hunt, face painting and learning about the stars with World of Wonder. Town Manager Jamie Justice will also be present to meet and greet all visitors. Please join us!

Location:    Davidson Farmer's Market
Time:          9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
