**Updated Program**

Naturopathic Approach to Wellness

“A Naturopathic Approach to Wellness,” taught by Dr. Lexi Lain, is a four-part series spread over the course of four months. It is designed this way so that each month you are focusing on one thing regarding the foundations of health as well as one organ system involved with keeping the body well. There will be a closed Facebook group where you can discuss your insights, favorite recipes, and get support along the way. This Facebook group is for those attending more than one class.
