6:00 p.m.I. CALL TO ORDER
a. Roll Call - Mayor Knox will confirm each member of the board is present.
II. TOWN OF DAVIDSON COVID-19 RESPONSE
Summary: Town staff and the board of commissioners will further discuss the Town of
Davidson COVID-19 response and how to protect the public health in Davidson. The discussion will include the mandatory mask requirement and a timeline for future public hearings, quasi-judicial public hearings, and public information sessions. III. UPDATE ON AFFORDABLE HOUSING, EQUITY & INCLUSION POSITION AND PROGRAMMING
Summary: At the June 9 work session, the board directed staff to accelerate the hiring of the affordable housing/equity and inclusion position, create an intensive racial equity education program for all town board members, appointed advisory boards, and all town staff, and conduct a review of Davidson Police Department policies and procedures. Staff will provide an update at the meeting.
IV. OLD BUSINESS
a. Reconsider Approval of Resolution 2020-11 Road Abandonment Request of Kistler Farm Road

Summary: On June 23, the board of commissioners approved Resolution 2020-11 requesting abandonment of Kistler Farm Road by NCDOT to the Town of Davidson for improvement/maintenance. Following the vote, there was a request for additional information about the Kistler Farm Road cross section and proposed plans. The board will reconsider the approval of Resolution 2020-11.V. SUMMARIZE MEETING ACTION ITEMS - Town Manager will summarize items where the board has requested action items for staff.
