The Jetton Street Apartments Master Plan was approved on May 15, 2014. The project was presented and approved with conditions at the September 17, 2014 Design Review Board (DRB) meeting, with final approval granted at the November 20, 2014 DRB meeting.
Now called the Linden, this project includes 162 apartments, as well as commercial spaces fronting Jetton St. This project also include 20 reverse-angle parking spaces on Jetton Street. For more information on reverse-angle parking, including a video, please click here.
