The Linden - Jetton Street Apartments
- Location: The Jetton Street Apartments development site is located along the west side of Jetton Street just south of Jetton Circle.
- Description of project: The proposed mixed-use development includes approximately 164 apartment units and approximately 5,000 square feet of retail space.

The Jetton Street Apartments Master Plan was approved on May 15, 2014. The project was presented and approved with conditions at the September 17, 2014 Design Review Board (DRB) meeting, with final approval granted at the November 20, 2014 DRB meeting.
Now called The Linden, the project is targeted to open in the second week of June, 2016, with 162 apartments opening in phases throughout June and July. Cabinet installation, counter installation, and painting in the apartments is underway. The commercial spaces fronting Jetton St will be available for occupancy in mid-June. Lastly, the widening of Jetton St. will commence this Spring and includes additional on-street parking along the project's street frontage.
