Davidson Hall, formerly known as the Kimbrough-Pine development, is located at the southern terminus of Pine Road on Tax Parcel 00740199. The property is comprised of approximately 17 acres in the Village Infill Planning Area.
The approved master plan allows for 34 single-family lots. The preliminary plat was approved on July 23, 2014. The developer plans to begin site grading work by January 2015.
