Overview


The public information department oversees all town communications. It produces the town's quarterly newsletter (arrives in the mail in January, April, July, and October), maintains the town's website and online community calendar, produces and issues town press releases, maintains the town's social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram), and produces or reviews all other print and electronic communications for the town.

The department works with other town departments to provide citizens with news and information about the town, its projects, and its programs.

The department works with local and national media outlets to provide information and respond to inquiries.
